Ordering

The minimum order is 1/2 kilogram for rods, frits or powders. Kugler Colors, Ullman, and Reichenbach colors can be combined for quantity discounts. Discounts apply only to rods, frits, and powders. A $2.00 handling fee is applied to orders less than $100.00 Prices are subject to change without notice. Fax orders gladly accepted.

Payment

Cash, checks, money orders, VISA and Master Card. A $25.00 fee is assessed on ALL returned checks. New customers are sent colors UPS COD and batch is shipped prepaid or credit card only. Established customers are set up on account net 15 days. Past due charges are subject to 1'/2% monthly service charge.

Shipping

We ship orders (items in stock) within 24 hours of receipt of order. For overnight, Two Day, and Three Day Select shipping, please call before 1:00 PM. Eastern Time. Shipping charges are additional, but we charge only what is charged to us. Orders can ship COD by UPS. A COD charge of $ 10.00 will be added to each shipment.

Return Policy

Returns accepted 15 days from date of shipment without a restocking fee. Product must be in original containers with factory labels. Rods must be marked with color number. Damaged goods and unlabeled materials will NOT be accepted for credit. Returns NOT Purchased from SPB will not he accepted. You must call for a Return Authorization before returning any product. After receiving and weighing your merchandise. Spruce Pine Batch will issue a credit.

Shipping Damage

Check for damage on arrival of shipment. If damage is suspected, be sure to note on delivery receipt. All claims must be filed with the carrier. Box, packing material, and merchandise may be required by the carrier for claims processing.
